2D Flash work

All the world's a stage - Visual depiction

This is an attempt to visually render a famous Shakespeare poem 'All the world's a stage' using Flash.

Facial Animation

I animated the character using blend shapes in Maya. I spoke the dialogue standing in front a mirror and studied my facial movement for every sonant and attributed it to animate the character. And, I used a small dialogue from a serial for the voice over.

Second Life - Virtual Campus of University of Westminster

University of Westminster campus built in a virtual environment called Second Life. This platform is quite similar to MMORPG. It could be termed as a 3D social networking space.

As part of my final project, I created the 3D model of one of the campuses of my University. It was a real-time project and my work will be used as an innovative tool to interact with international students and also for conducting classes online.

Motion Capture - Video

Please forgive the quality loss reflected as bad lighting. There was some problem while uploading the video online. You can check the original lighting quality from the screen shots posted below.

This is a mixture of motion capture data and key frame animation. The second half of the movie was key framed using Maya.

HDRI Lighting

Can't own it in reality. So why not virtually? Started working on this due to my interests in bikes and it proved to be a good challenge for my modeling skills as I wanted it to be a low poly model. Decided to give it chrome finish to try out HDRI lighting.

Test Render

This was an experimental render to test grass in 3DS Max. I could achieve realistic result but it came with a cost of a very heavy file. And, I also experimented with the depth of focus for this scene.

Interior Modeling

A scene from a walk through modeled using 3DS Max with VRay rendering.
